Metal Fabrication

Highly qualified journeymen metal fabricators and certified welders. One of the few specialized marine metalwork shops in the Pacific Northwest.

Our specialties include welding, machining, fabricating and metal polishing. We repair and manufacture fuel tanks, masts, railings, water and black water tanks, arches, anchor systems and radar masts. We also polish and machine custom pieces, as well as bend and form stainless steel tubing.

Our fabrication shop is not limited to marine work. We also specialize in architectural and automotive metal fabrication, custom motorcycle parts and fabrication, and sheet metal shaping and forming.

Last Call — 118′ luxury yacht: renovations adding 5 ft to overall length and reconfiguring the stern from a traditional cockpit to a Euro-style open transom
Chinook Post — 65′ custom aluminium power, built from start to finish
Tintagel — 59′ pilothouse sloop, extensive 1999 refit including custom designed stainless work and railings
Southern Cross II — 105′ aluminium power boat, complete repowering of both engines, removed through holes cut through two decks above
