Our staff is regularly sent for training with the various dealers of equipment we install and maintain — Northern Lights for generators, Webasto heating systems, Detroit Diesel and Allison for the computerization specialties involved with engines. Our journeymen have gone through a full apprenticeship program, with additional training on our product lines. Some of our staff have been trained at Quadrant Marine Institute, a post-secondary institution initiated by the marine industry on Vancouver Island.
